It is a roasting machine for pistachios. Together with salt and some lime, the pistachios are refined in this device. Iran is the world’s largest pistachio producer. Regions that can grow pistachios in Iran are very rich.

We really would like to send you all a postcard. But unfortunately we are too busy  (to not say too lazy!)
